Reservation of title:

Provision all monies:
Merchandise remains in the Ownership of Fortune Ltd., in full legal and
equitable title, until payment for all outstanding amounts have been
received.

Terms: ex works:
Goods value €400 excl. VAT - Carriage paid.
Payment due 30 days end of the month.

Returns:
Fortune Ltd. will only accept return of goods upon written authorisation.
Products must be in their original outer pack and in resaleable condition.
Handling/restocking @ 20% value will apply.

Claims:
Damage products/short delivery must be noted and signed on Delivery
Docket. Claims will only be considered when written notice is received
by Fortune Ltd - (sales@fortune.ie)-within 3 days upon receipt of goods.
